4. Delivery

Our delivery services are exclusively available in France. We do not deliver internationally at this time.

Transit time after shipment: 2-5 business days (Monday to Friday)

Total Delivery time: 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday)

Deadlines may be extended in case of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, such as carrier strikes or extreme weather conditions.

5. Product Use

Products purchased on the Site may not be used or sold for illicit, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes.

6. Right of Withdrawal Policy

Unless otherwise indicated as "Final Sale," products may be returned in accordance with our return and refund policy (insert link).

8. Refunds

These Terms are governed by French law and any dispute relating to these Terms will be resolved by mandatory arbitration under French law.

Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-business-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact our team at contact@maisonguitton.com, explaining the reason for your return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label by email to print and attach to your package before dropping it off at a relay point or post office.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return fees

We cover return costs for a period of 30 days from the receipt of the order.

There are no restocking fees.

Specific return and refund conditions

• Return due to change of mind: If you change your mind after the purchase, you can return the product within 30 business days, provided that it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Defective items: If you receive a defective product, contact our customer service immediately, ideally within 48 hours, for instructions. Maison Guitton will cover return costs within 30 business days and will provide a replacement product or a refund.
• Damaged items: If the product arrives damaged, send us photos of the damage within 48 hours of receipt. We will evaluate the situation and cover return costs if necessary.
• Incorrect product received: If you receive an incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours and we will cover return costs and ensure you receive the correct product.
• Product not received: If your product never arrived, contact us within 48 hours so that we can launch an investigation with the carrier. If the product is not found, we will offer a full refund or a replacement product.
• Cancellation after order: You can cancel your order before it is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, follow the return procedure after receiving the product.

Policy for damaged or defective items

Upon receipt of damaged or defective items, contact our customer service ideally within 48 hours, but if that is not possible, contact us as soon as you notice a problem. Send us photos of the defect or damage. We will inspect the item and, if approved, provide a replacement or a full refund.

Policy for undamaged items

You can return the undamaged and unused product within 30 business days. Make sure it is in the original packaging.

This does not apply to personalized items.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
